Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Counter Help for our Roseburg, OR tire center. This full-time position offers $18 per hour. You will greet customers, listen to their tire needs, and clearly explain options.

• Familiarity with tire types, sizes, and basic automotive services is a plus.

Monday through Saturday

• Greet customers, listen to their tire or service needs, and explain options clearly
• Look up parts, tires, and pricing using computer systems
• Note initial tire or mechanical conditions
• Create work orders
• Schedule appointments
• Call customer with service updates, explain recommended repairs, and handle follow-ups
• Suggest appropriate tire models, features, warranties, and related services like balancing, alignments, and/or rotations
• Process invoices, handle payments, and meet or exceed store sales target
• Must have strong communication and problem-solving abilities for handling client questions and complaints
• Ability to use point of sale (POS) systems, inventory lookups, and scheduling software
• Strong verbal skills to explain technical details simply to customers
• Familiarity with tire types, sizes, and basic automotive services a plus
