• Call customers with service updates and follow-ups.
• Suggest tire models, features, warranties, and related services.
• Process invoices and payments; meet store sales targets.
• Handle questions and complaints with professionalism.
• Familiarity with tire types, sizes, and basic automotive services is a plus.
