Pomp's Tire Service, Inc. is seeking a Tire Counter Salesperson in Portland, Oregon.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through tire selections and service options while ensuring a smooth in-store experience. The role emphasizes strong customer service, tire knowledge, and sales skills, with a focus on accurate invoicing, inventory support, and maintaining an inviting showroom.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge or experience in commercial tire services is preferred.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert recommendations on available services and products.
• Assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support daily operations.
