Job summary

The position requires supervisory experience, an accounting/finance background, and certification in M3/C5 counting machines, with licensing per regulatory bodies. Strong training and team leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field of study.
• Three years of demonstrated, progressive drop/count experience may substitute for education.
• One year of demonstrated casino drop/count team experience.
• Two years of demonstrated supervisory experience.
• Current G&D certified training in the M3 and the C5 counting machines or ability to obtain within 1 month.
• Mechanically inclined with experience in software/hardware maintenance.
• Knowledge of Title 31 and MICS related to casino drop/count and cash management operations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license through the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and account for the assets of the owners.
• Monitor and assist in knowing when equipment needs replacement.
• Maintain confidentiality on all internal departmental matters and data.
• Develop, document, and implement procedures and controls over Soft Count/Drop Team functions.
• Ensure staff comply with policies and procedures required by department, company, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure staff are properly trained in existing and new procedures.
• Communicate with management, staff, and outside representatives to maintain department operations.
• Maintain and verify proper functioning of count and dispense equipment across Soft Count, Cage, and kiosks.
