Job summary

Meskwaki Casino is seeking a qualified supervisor to oversee the Soft Count/Drop Team, ensuring asset protection and accurate reporting. You will implement controls, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with internal policies and gaming regulations.

You will monitor equipment, maintain security standards, and coordinate with management to safeguard assets while promoting teamwork and guest satisfaction in a high-standards environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field; three years of progressive drop/count experience may substitute.
• One year of casino drop/count team experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• G&D certified training in the M3 and the C5 counting machines or ability to obtain certification within 1 month of starting.
• Mechanical inclination with experience in software/hardware maintenance.
• Knowledge of Title 31 and MICS related to casino drop/count and cash management.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license through the Sac & Fox Gaming Commission.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and account for the assets of the owners.
• Monitor and assist in determining when equipment needs replacement.
• Maintain confidentiality on internal matters and data.
• Develop, document, and implement procedures over the Soft Count/Drop Team's functions.
• Ensure staff comply with department, company, and regulatory policies.
• Train staff on current procedures and safety.
• Communicate with management and other departments to maintain an efficient operation.
• Maintain and verify proper functioning of count and dispense equipment and related systems.
