Job summary

Meskwaki Casino seeks a full-time Soft Count/Drop Supervisor to oversee the team's activities and ensure accurate asset reporting. You will enforce policies, safeguard casino assets, and lead procedural improvements for count equipment and related controls.

This role requires supervisory experience, knowledge of MICS, and certification in counting machines. Candidates must be able to obtain a gaming license and work a flexible schedule in Tama, IA.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field of study; three years drop/count experience may substitute.
• One year casino drop/count team experience.
• Two years supervisory experience.
• G&D certified training in the M3 and C5 counting machines or can obtain within 1 month.
• Mechanically inclined with experience in software/hardware maintenance.
• Knowledge of Title 31 and MICS related to casino drop/count and cash management.
• Must obtain and maintain a gaming license via Sac & Fox Gaming Commission.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard and account for the assets of the owners.
• Monitor and assist in suggesting when equipment needs replacement.
• Maintain confidentiality on internal matters and proprietary data.
• Develop, document, and implement procedures and controls over Soft Count/Drop Team.
• Ensure staff comply with policies and department requirements.
• Train staff in new procedures and maintain safety.
