Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of Meskwaki Casino Internal Controls and standard operating procedures.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license per Sac & Fox Gaming Commission regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control activities within the Soft Count / Drop Teams process.
• Ensure drop and soft count functions are completed timely.
• Coordinate personnel actions with team supervisor and manager.
• Maintain inventory of supplies for Soft Count / Drop Team functions.
• Train staff in job functions and procedures.
• Ensure staff are trained on existing and new procedures.
• Communicate non-routine activities to supervisor and manager immediately.
• Safeguard and account for casino assets and comply with policies.
• Monitor casino environment and follow safety procedures.
• Work as part of the team to ensure guest satisfaction and asset protection.
