As a Counselor, you will provide clinical support to program participants in the areas of addiction and mental health in either a residential or outpatient program by providing therapeutic counseling services through insight and interventions. Maintain caseload, provide both group and individual counseling services as detailed by program standards. Ensure the program supports individual goals of program participants, and that the program’s recovery model is followed. Demonstrate regard for the dignity and respect of the clients and staff. Always display a caring and supportive attitude and represent the program in a positive manner. Maintain the confidentiality of all program participant information. Uphold the integrity of RHD values as outlined in the employee handbook. In this role, you will:
