Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Counselor-Case Manager for the Opportunity House team in Western Massachusetts. The role focuses on counseling, aftercare planning, and coordinating services to help adults in recovery progress toward independent community living.
You will deliver psycho-educational groups, develop treatment plans, and provide crisis intervention as needed. A driver’s license is required, with generous benefits and ongoing professional growth opportunities within BHN.

At the Opportunity House, Behavioral Health Network provides a structured setting for men 18 year of age and older to progress from early recovery to a productive community living environment. Our 24-hour long-term residential program assists individuals using a variety of services, including counseling, case management, education and pre-vocational services, and family reunification.
