Responsibilities

• Oversees career preparation instructors, counselors and secretary; manages counseling services and related programs.
• Assist in development and implementation of policies affecting counseling services.
• Evaluate staff performance and coordinate training with HR prior to changes.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures for the department.
• Coordinate evaluation for emotional or psychological problems with center mental health consultant.
