Serrato Corporation in McKinney, Texas is seeking a leader to direct the high school diploma program and its instructional staff. You will ensure rigorous, compliant instruction and oversee curriculum alignment with Department of Labor and center standards.

The role requires coordinating with the Career Development Director, managing budget and staffing, and driving continuous improvement in student outcomes across the center.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications.
• Ability to write reports and manuals; present information clearly.
• Strong mathematical and statistical reasoning; interpret data to improve outcomes.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff in delivering the academic program and ensures curriculum is taught as approved.
• Trains, assigns, and supervises the academic program; conducts monthly instructor observations.
• Manages budget in collaboration with the Career Development Director; maintains materials supply.
• Sets production expectations for instructors and reviews attainment; implements corrective actions if needed.
• Keeps thorough records on student progress and attendance; ensures proper documentation.
