Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks an OA/CTS Manager to supervise admissions counselors, career transition specialists, and support staff, ensuring compliant service delivery across outreach, admissions, and placement processes. You will lead performance reviews, budget considerations, and policy implementation in collaboration with center leadership.

Lead quality control of enrollment documentation, coordinate with government offices, and develop materials for outreach, recruitment, and employer

Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
• Computer literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Outstanding and high level of communication skill, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise admissions counselors, career transition specialists, and OA/CTS support staff in compliance with directives.
• Oversee daily operation of outreach, admissions, and career transition services.
• Ensure quality control of enrollment and placement documentation to meet standards and government directives.
• Develop and maintain outreach materials and coordinate innovative outreach activities.
• Verify eligibility for enrollment and maintain accountability logs for audits.
