Job summary

Serrato Corporation seeks a dedicated coordinator to oversee the SGA and support leadership programs at the center. You will assist with the coordination of all departmental activities and help ensure compliance with center rules and procedures.

The role involves maintaining disciplinary records, preparing weekly reports, and liaising with staff to address student infractions. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
• Computer literacy with basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong knowledge of student leadership programs.
• High level of communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• High level of ability to motivate, inspire, and educate students effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the SGA and coordinate leadership programs on center.
• Discuss infractions of Center rules with students based on Incident Reports forms.
• Distribute weekly restriction lists to center staff.
• Maintain records of activities relating to Center discipline.
• Inform students of disciplinary hearings and procedures.
• Maintain each student’s disciplinary records.
• Inform students of required hearings and procedures for disciplinary decisions.
• Submit weekly activity reports and attendance metrics.
