Job summary

Serrato Corporation is seeking an Education Administrator to direct the academic training program across the center, ensuring rigorous curriculum and compliant operations. You will supervise instructors, manage budgets, and coordinate with the Career Development Director to optimize resources and outcomes.

The role requires leadership in education, program evaluation, and adherence to DOL and Job Corps guidelines, with responsibility for staffing, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulation.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers, groups of managers, students and the general public.
• Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Directs staff engaged in providing academic training and ensures program standards.
• Trains, assigns, and supervises the academic program.
• Maintains student progress records and class size adjustments.
• Conducts monthly instructor observations and audits records.
• Prepares and controls budget in cooperation with the Career Development Director.
• Ensures compliance with DOL guidelines and center policies.
