Job summary

Legal Technology Company is seeking a founding Commercial Counsel in the United States to draft, review, and negotiate strategic commercial agreements, including MSAs and SaaS contracts. You will guide founders and internal teams via calls and Slack, delivering risk-aware legal insights and scalable, AI-enabled workflows.

As a founding member, you will shape product direction and the legal function in an early-stage, venture-backed setting, with a tight collaboration loop to scale repeatable

• JD and active bar membership in a US jurisdiction.
• 4–8 years of commercial contracts experience.
• In-house counsel experience at a startup or technology company.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS terms and comfort with AI tools and Slack.
• Visa sponsorship not available.
