Trinity Life Sciences is seeking a Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support regarding life sciences issues such as contracts, compliance, and intellectual property. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, engaging in negotiations, and advising leadership.
The ideal candidate has a J.D. degree and at least 5 years of experience in the life sciences sector, with strong skills in contract negotiation and regulatory compliance. A competitive salary starting at $140,000 and performance bonuses are available.

The Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance on a wide range of issues related to the life sciences industry, including but not limited to contracts, compliance, acquisitions, data processing and intellectual property. This role requires a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape affecting life sciences companies, working efficiently in a high‑volume, high‑pressure environment, and collaborating effectively with different departments within the organization.
Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is a minimum of $140,000. In addition to the base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
