Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active bar membership in good standing.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in-house and/or at a law firm supporting technology transactions.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services, data processing and enterprise commercial agreements.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled products and emerging technology issues.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer, procurement, strategic commercial negotiations and technology-related legal work, including SaaS, software and cloud service agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on commercial and operational legal issues with timely, accurate responses.
• Engage with customers to ensure they feel heard and deliver outcomes.
• Suggest process improvements and standard forms to increase efficiency.
• Lead use of AI legal tech tools and collaborate with Finance and Compliance teams.
