Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Counsel, Commercial Transactions to advise on a broad range of customer-facing and strategic commercial agreements, with a focus on SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and AI-enabled offerings. Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing (US).
• 4–6 years of relevant in-house or law firm experience.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, software, cloud services and enterprise agreements.
• Experience supporting AI-enabled products and regulatory considerations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for software, SaaS, cloud, AI offerings and strategic partnerships.
• Provide legal advice and business counsel on commercial issues.
• Engage with customers and manage stakeholder communications.
• Suggest process improvements and standard forms.
• Work with AI legal tech tools and MS Office; use Salesforce and Ironclad.
• Support pricing initiatives and governance projects.
• Participate in internal approvals and contract prioritization.
