Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will follow OT-developed goals, document patient progress, and collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care in a long-term/geriatric care setting.

The role emphasizes timely documentation, professionalism, and flexibility to perform additional duties as directed by the Director

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid COTA license and state registration.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under OT supervision.
• Experience in long-term/geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Timely weekly progress notes.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to ensure patient-centered care.
• Excellent patient service and professionalism.
• Punctuality and adherence to schedule.
• Performs additional duties as directed by Rehab Director.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment aligned with goals developed by OT.
• Document patient progress and communicate with supervising OT.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
