Job summary

Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will follow the goals set by the OT and provide feedback through standard documentation as required by facility policy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with all disciplines to ensure optimal patient-centered care, timely progress notes, and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Well versed with documentation writing
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment adhering to goals developed by the OT.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Rehabilitation
