Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to carry out best practice treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The COTA will provide treatment aligned with OT goals and document progress to keep supervision informed.

Qualifications include a valid state license/registration, experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of OT.
• Experience with long-term care or geriatric care is preferred.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Adhere to goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation or required method.
