Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver best-practice treatments under OT supervision. The role emphasizes documenting progress and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Well versed with documentation writing.
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation

Responsibilities

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Provide treatment by adhering to goals developed by the OT.
• Provide feedback to the supervising OT via documentation or facility policy as required.
• Document patient progress on weekly progress notes.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Report to work on time and adhere to scheduled hours.
