Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license and registration for the state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of the Occupational Therapist.
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation writing and timely weekly progress notes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out best-practice treatments under OT supervision.
• Document patient progress and weekly progress notes promptly.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to deliver patient-centered care.
• Demonstrate exceptional patient service and professionalism at all times.
• Perform duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation.
