Green Hills Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver evidence-based treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. You will support long-term and geriatric patients, document progress, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning to reach patient-centered goals.

Ideal candidates hold a valid state license, have strong documentation skills, and demonstrate punctuality and professionalism.

Formación

• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Occupational Therapist
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Well versed with documentation writing
• Document patient's progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
• Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
• Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times.
• Perform all other duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation

Responsabilidades

• Carry out best practice treatments under supervision of the OT.
• Provide feedback to supervising OT via documentation or other facility policy requirements.
• Adhere to goals developed by the OT and participate in care planning.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of patient progress.
