Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain function in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You value teamwork and compassion, collaborating with peers and referring when needed. The role offers a posted pay range of $30.00 to $38.00 per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with peers and refer to others to help the patient thrive.
• Aim to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
