Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation to You is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patients across our facilities in providing high-quality therapeutic services.

You will implement established OT plans, support recovery goals, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patients' independence and well-being, in a patient-centered environment focused on growth and excellent care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification with NBCOT.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Implement established OT plans and recovery programs.
• Document patient progress and report to the Director of Rehab.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in all interactions.
