Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement therapy programs and help patients regain function in an in-facility setting. You will follow recovery plans, deliver treatments, and support patients’ independence with a patient-centered approach.

Powerback offers a mentorship program, free CEUs, visa sponsorship/relocation assistance, and a pathway for growth within a national rehabilitation platform.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• They must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• You’re a healer and a helper, bringing power back and restoring independence.
• You’ll work with a collaborative team to ensure patient-centered care and successful outcomes.
