Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to implement OT programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments in-facility. The role emphasizes holistic patient care and collaboration with the rehab team to restore independence.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited OTAssistant program with NBCOT certification, licensed or eligible in the state of practice, ready to contribute to a growing national care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. You will implement occupational therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
