Progressive Rehab Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support licensed OTs in long-term care and related settings. You will implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence, and assist with gait, transfers, and assistive devices.

The role requires accurate documentation, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing professional development, and compliance with licensure and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited OTA program and active state licensure.
• 1 year of experience in OT or rehab preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Carry out treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Document clinical notes accurately and on time per guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and report progress to supervising OT.
• Maintain licensure and participate in continuing education.
