Job summary

HealthPro Heritage seeks a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehab team on a gorgeous campus. This full-time role focuses on short-term rehab and long-term care for patients, with potential to float to Assisted Living as needed.

You will deliver individualized therapy under the supervision of an OT, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and meaningful outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification (COTA) required or eligible.
• Current state licensure to practice as a COTA.
• Experience in an OT setting preferred; new graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on OT treatment plans and patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress per facility policies.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing; educate patients and families on exercises and adaptive strategies.
• Lead or assist patients with activities of daily living to promote independence.
