Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents at a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke, MA. You will help individuals participate in daily activities under an occupational therapist's plan.

This role offers an hourly rate of $35–$38, PRN opportunities based on facility needs, and collaborative support from the rehab team and regional leadership. You will document treatment progress and report changes to the OT.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts COTA license.
• Strong communication and timely documentation skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus.

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN COTA to support the rehab team at a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke. You'll work with residents recovering from illness or injury, as well as those managing longer‑term needs, to help them participate in everyday activities.

What You'll Do

• Provide treatment under plans established by a supervising Occupational Therapist
• Help residents practice dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily tasks
• Use therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies suited to each resident's abilities
• Report changes in performance to the OT and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
• Document treatment and resident progress after each session
