Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity in Greenfield, MA. This role offers scheduling flexibility and hands-on rehabilitation in a skilled nursing setting.

You will work under supervision of a licensed OT, supporting activities of daily living and functional tasks while monitoring progress and maintaining accurate documentation. New graduates are welcome to apply, with a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts COTA license required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

$35–$38/hour | PRN

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a PRN opportunity in Greenfield, MA. This position is a great fit for a COTA looking for scheduling flexibility while providing hands‑on rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do
