Job summary

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for Civita Care Center at Meadowbrook in Granby, CT. The role supports residents under an OT plan of care in a skilled nursing setting, with a pay rate of $35–$38 per hour.

You will participate in daily activities, assist with dressing and grooming, implement treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation in collaboration with the rehab team. This is a PRN opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut COTA license.
• Good communication and timely documentation skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is a plus.

Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN COTA at Civita Care Center at Meadowbrook. You'll help residents strengthen the skills they use in everyday routines, providing treatment under an Occupational Therapist's plan of care in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do

• Guide residents through activities related to dressing, grooming, and daily function
• Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising OT
• Use adaptive strategies identified in the care plan to support participation
• Observe residents' responses and communicate changes to the OT
• Complete treatment notes and work with nursing and the rehab team
