Job summary

Jurupa Hills Post Acute in Riverside, CA invites a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team part-time. You will work with the Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary team to help residents regain independence and improve daily living skills.

Responsibilities include carrying out treatment plans, documenting progress, and assisting with discharge planning. California COTA license in good standing is required; CPR certification preferred; SNF or

• Active California COTA license in good standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the therapy team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out OT treatment plans established by the OT.
• Provide interventions to improve daily living skills and functional independence.
• Accurately document sessions, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and communicate updates.
• Assist with discharge planning and caregiver education as directed.
