Job summary

Sunrise Post Acute in Banning, CA seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Work under an OT supervisor, helping residents regain independence through daily living activities and therapeutic exercises.

You will document progress, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, and bring creativity and compassion to sessions. California licensure is required; post-acute experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current California COTA license.
• Compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in activities of daily living.
