Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the in-facility team and help patients regain function under the Director of Rehab. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments while focusing on whole-patient care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities as prescribed.
• Follow developed recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to address the whole patient and independence.
