Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-facility therapy services, implement treatment plans, and support patients’ recovery journeys. You’ll collaborate with a rehab team to deliver patient-centered care that restores function and independence.

Qualified candidates will have OTA training, NBOT certification, and state licensure eligibility. We offer growth, mentorship, and a supportive environment committed to high-quality care across facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program according to AOTA & ACOTE standards.

Responsibilities

• As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you help patients get well and restore their power.
• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities and follow recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and work toward restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing physical abilities and independence.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program

Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Licensed and/or eligible for licensure in the state of practice
