Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility rehab teams. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and help patients regain independence while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an ACOTE/ AOTA‑compliant OTA program, holds NBCOT certification, and is licensed or eligible for licensure in West Virginia. We offer growth, continued education, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program per AOTA/ACOTE standards.
• Initial certification from NBCOT.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT programs and activities and follow recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and help restore independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
