Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our in-facility care team. You will implement OT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments that restore patients' strength and independence.

You will work under the Director of Rehab, collaborate with clinicians, and contribute to compassionate, patient-centered care. Growth opportunities include mentorship and continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy programs and activities following established recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with care teams to support patient independence and outcomes.
• Address the whole patient and tailor programs to individual needs for improved function.
