Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Starke, FL. You will work PRN, daytime, with supervision by an OT to implement treatment plans and educate patients.

Requires an accredited OTA program degree, an active COTA license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience is preferred. Join a team that values flexible schedules and quality patient care.

Qualificações

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
