Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime role at Beach Street Health & Rehab Center in Daytona Beach, FL. You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Requirements include an Associate Degree in OTA, current COTA license, and NBCOT certification; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
