Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for PRN daytime shifts at Regents Park of Jacksonville, FL. You will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to deliver customized therapy plans and document patient progress as part of a collaborative care team.

Ideal candidates hold an OTA degree and NBCOT certification, with at least one year of prior COTA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program is required.
• NBCOT Certification is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a COTA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state COTA License; NBCOT Certification required
