Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a PRN daytime schedule at Windsor Health & Rehabilitation Center, Starke, FL. The role requires an associate degree and an active COTA license with NBCOT certification, with a preference for 1 year of prior experience.

You will implement treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state COTA license; NBCOT certification required.
• 1 year of experience as a COTA is preferred.
• Implements treatment plans under supervision of an OT.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to the supervising OT.
• Educates patients on adaptive equipment and home exercise programs.
