Job summary

Revive Therapy Plus Wellness LLC in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a passionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team and help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will implement individualized OT treatment plans under the supervision of an OT, assist with exercises and ADLs, document progress, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate patients and caregivers on home programs in a supportive wellness-focused environment.

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification required as part of COTA credential.
• Active Oklahoma state licensure required.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with commitment to quality care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed OT.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and functional mobility activities.
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and goal attainment in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising OT.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment and manage equipment.
