Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and functional mobility activities
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and goal attainment in compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition or functional status to the supervising OT
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment and manage equipment as needed

Requirements:

• Active COTA certification through NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
• Valid Oklahoma state licensure
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
