Qualifications

• Active NBCOT-certified COTA license required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, ADLs, and functional mobility.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs.
• Monitor changes in patient condition and report to supervising OT.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment and manage equipment.
