Job summary

One Therapy Network in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an outpatient clinic. This full-time role involves implementing OT plans, promoting motor and functional skills, and guiding families through home programs.

The candidate should have an accredited OT Assistant program and Oklahoma licensure or eligibility, with a pediatric focus preferred. Spanish is a plus but interpreter support is available.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited OT Assistant program.
• Oklahoma OTA license or eligibility to obtain.
• Interest or experience in pediatrics is valued.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.
• Spanish language ability is a plus but not required (interpreter support provided).

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed OT.
• Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on activities and home programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation using EMR.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs and other team members for comprehensive care.
