Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping others reach their goals.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Highland Palms Healthcare Center Help residents regain confidence, independence, and quality of life. We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.
