Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans with residents.
• Assist residents with therapeutic activities and exercises.
• Teach adaptive techniques for daily living skills.
• Monitor resident progress and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Encourage and motivate residents throughout rehabilitation.
• Promote safety, independence, and quality of life.
