Job summary

Bayside Post-Acute in Florida is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists and an interdisciplinary care team to help residents regain independence and improve daily living skills.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, assisting with ADLs and mobility, documenting progress, and educating residents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Florida COTA license in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility in Florida. • Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
